Remarks family history of TSC and variant in affecteds tested - index, brother, father and grandfather - mother and paternal grandmother are negative; index with multiple cardiac rhabdomyomas at birth, intellectually normal; younger brother no history seizures. Both siblings had normal retinal, teeth, nail exams, and normal renal USS; apparently healthy parents but mildly affected father with normal renal USS and ECG; paternal grandfather reportedly with history of intellectual disability but no history of seizures
