Phenotype details	adult-onset; visual acuity: OD = 20/30- OS = 20/400. Slit-lamp biomicroscopy: 1+ nuclear sclerosis in each eye. Amsler grid testing: central distortion in the right eye and a large central scotoma in the left eye. Dilated fundus examination: subfoveal choroidal neovascularization with surrounding hemorrhage and lipid in the right eye and and a laser photocoagulation scar involving the center of the macula of the left eye.
