Phenotype details Progressive sagging of the skin on the chest, abdomen and the face, with excessive wrinkling (cutis laxa). Development of facial angioedema after Zika virus infection with associated hives and skin swellings; poor improvement with H1-antihistamines treatment. Hives resolve after treatment with omalizumab but no change in frequency of angioedema.
