Ras-like without CAAX 1 (RIT1) - coding DNA reference sequence

This file was created to facilitate the description of sequence variants on transcript NM_006912.5 in the RIT1 gene based on a coding DNA reference sequence following the HGVS recommendations.

The sequence was taken from NG_033885.1, covering RIT1 transcript NM_006912.5.
