SH3-domain GRB2-like 1 (SH3GL1) - coding DNA reference sequence

This file was created to facilitate the description of sequence variants on transcript NM_003025.3 in the SH3GL1 gene based on a coding DNA reference sequence following the HGVS recommendations.

The sequence was taken from NG_028084.1, covering SH3GL1 transcript NM_003025.3.
