We have blocked over 150,000 IP addresses involved in the abuse, and the system is functioning normally again. Our apologies for the inconvenience. To the person who thought that they had the right to attempt to scrape data from LOVD this way: actual users with actual patients couldn't use LOVD because of you. Buy a data license, so you'll actually do something good in this world for a change.
